UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Penn State Dance Marathon (THON) will receive $10 for every student season ticket sold now through 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, Nov. 1. This year, when a student purchases a season ticket, the $10 will be credited to the THON organization of their choice.

The 2019-20 season marks the third year Nittany Lion basketball and THON have teamed up to benefit the efforts to enhance the lives of children and families impacted by childhood cancer. Coach Patrick Chambers has committed to donating the $10 for each student season ticket sold to THON.

Student season tickets can be purchased online at gopsusports.com/mbbstudents, and students from all Penn State campuses may purchase season tickets with $10 from each student season ticket sold going directly to THON.

All 17 Nittany Lion basketball home games at the Bryce Jordan Center, including the 2020 THON game during the Big Ten portion of the schedule, are included as part of the student season ticket.

Student season ticket holders enjoy several benefits, including early entry into the Bryce Jordan Center and free pregame food buffets (while supplies last) at home games.

Special experiences and invitations to premier Nittany Lion men’s basketball events are available only to student season ticket holders in addition to special access to student presales for nonbasketball events, such as concerts and shows at the Bryce Jordan Center, when available, as a “Legion of Blue Insider.”

The student season ticket is delivered digitally to the account holder’s smartphone and is not transferable. This special THON offer is available only through 11:59 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1.
