Student Activities offering a trip to 'Hersheypark in the Dark' on Oct. 19

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Office of Student Activities is offering a special trip to Hersheypark on Saturday, Oct. 19, for an unique "Hersheypark In The Dark" experience. This trip coincides with the Penn State Michigan game for students who are looking for alternative Saturday plans.

The $10 trip includes roundtrip transportation between the HUB-Robeson Center and Hersheypark and special admission to the "Hersheypark in the Dark" experience. Penn State University Park students may sign up beginning at 5 p.m. on Oct. 9. Payment must be made by check or LionCash to the Office of Student Activities, 103 HUB-Robeson Center, within three academic days of registration.

The Thrilling Thirteen

Hershey's Character Glow Dance Party
Join a variety of Hershey's Characters for dancing and fun. Located in the Midway America area next to Dispatch Pizzeria.

Creatures Of The Night
Bring your flashlight for a nighttime tour of the "Creatures Of The Night" attraction at ZooAmerica — all included in your one-price admission.

Trip Details

The bus will depart from the HUB at approximately 8:30 a.m. and return to the University Park campus between 11:30 p.m. and midnight. Cost is $10 to reserve and hold your spot on the bus. Payment must be made by check or LionCash to the Office of Student Activities within three academic days of registration. Final trip details will be communicated to registrants via email prior to departure.

RSVP registration will open at 5 p.m. on Oct. 9, in OrgCentral. Once the trip is full, students can join the waitlist.  

This trip is funded by the student-initiated fee and offered by the Office of Student Activities, a unit of Penn State Student Affairs.
