UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The "Sustainability Teaching Roundtable Series" will be hosted in Borland Project Space, 125 Borland, throughout the Fall 2019 and Spring 2020 semesters.

The Sustainability Teaching Roundtable Series is organized by Mihyun Kang, research professor and assistant director for sustainability in the College of Arts and Architecture, and Peter Buckland, academic programs manager at the Sustainability Institute. The roundtable series will work to transform the culture of sustainability education and pedagogy, embedding it into the teaching culture of the college. Through the series Kang and Buckland will lead discussions on a wide range of topics concerning sustainability, curricular planning, and engagement across the college’s academic units.

The Sustainability Roundtable Series is supported by the Borland Project Space, the Center for Pedagogy in Arts and Design, the Center for the Performing Arts, and the Schreyer Institute for Teaching Excellence.

Home to several residences and projects throughout the academic year, the space is open for visitors from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday throughout the academic year.
