Training available for research population discovery tool, TriNetX

Training is available for TriNetX, a tool used for research population discovery and study feasibility, on Oct. 16 in room C4702 of the College of Medicine. TriNetX is one of several informatics tools sponsored by Penn State Clinical and Translational Science Institute to help researchers conduct their studies more efficiently.

Basic training is available from 1 to 2 p.m. This training will teach users how to build queries, explore cohorts, and analyze criteria and rate of arrival. Advanced training is 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. This training will show users how to use the analytics features in TriNetX, including compare cohorts, analyze outcomes, compare outcomes and treatment pathways.
