Little’s work in multimedia journalism has earned 12 Emmy Awards and a finalist position for the Photojournalism Award for Reporting in 2017 from the National Press Photographers Association. A graduate of George Mason University with a master's degree from Syracuse University, Little began his TV career in central Pennsylvania and now travels the country to teach strategies for effective storytelling, time management and on-camera performances.

Little also has been recognized for his coverage following the crash of United Flight 93 in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, on Sept. 11, 2001. In 2013, Little began his work as a faculty member at the annual NPPA News Video Workshop in Norman, Oklahoma, and has worked with students from all around the world. He is serving as the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters Visiting Professional with his visit to Penn State and the Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications.
