As an academic adviser for the College of Education, Foster works with approximately 300 undergraduate students enrolled in the rehabilitation and human services (RHS), special education, and elementary and early childhood education programs. She also is the coordinator for the college's New Student Orientation program and assists students who are completing the change-of-campus process. Foster is an alumna of the RHS program and a former change-of-campus student; experiences she says help her connect with and better serve her students.
