UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Orchard Road in State College will be closed for two weeks beginning on Monday, July 22, for stormwater upgrades.
There will be no through traffic from Park Avenue to Puddintown Road.
During the closure, residents along Murphy Avenue and Orchard Road will have access to their driveways but must enter from Park Avenue. No access will be permitted from Puddintown Road.
