UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — At New Student Orientation (NSO), first-year Penn State students can start winning fun prizes while getting their id+ card — and keep earning more chances to win as they learn about the benefits of id+, LionCash+, PNC Bank, and other campus services.

With Coin Drop, students can earn coins in several ways, including liking the id+ Facebook page and following the id+ Twitter account, asking questions during the PNC Bank /id+ mini session at NSO, and wearing Penn State clothing during NSO.

At the University Park campus, parents and families also can participate to earn coins for a chance to win a $5 LionCash+ gift card.

Students can drop their coins for chances to win an Apple Watch, $200 LionCash+, a gift basket from the Penn State Bookstore, or sweet treats from the Penn State Bakery.

Special plastic coins can be redeemed for the Prize-on-the-Spot.

At Penn State Commonwealth Campuses, students can provide their contact information at idcard.psu.edu/coin-drop for a chance to win. Each week a student will be selected to receive the Prize-on-the-Spot.

Prize drawings will be held at 1 p.m. Sept. 11 at the id+ office, located in the lower level of the HUB-Robeson Center.
