Pearce is the administrative support coordinator for the Department of Curriculum and Instruction. She is responsible for position appointment processing, facilities and access, and safety and security issues. Pearce oversees department expenditure and salary distributions, C-Cure (the University’s primary electronic security system software), and point-of-entry issues. She also provides administrative support for financial and human resource transactions, budgetary requests and approvals for equipment, and special services and supplies. Pearce also manages a staff of six administrative support assistants.
