ERIE, Pa. — Penn State Behrend recognized its student leaders during the annual Excellence in Student Leadership and Service Awards, held Thursday, April 18, at the college. Recipients of major awards include:

STUDENT LIFE AWARDS

  • Outstanding Student Organization President Award – Ashley Jankowski, Murrysville
  • Outstanding Student Organization Officer Award – Safinaz Elhadary, Erie
  • Outstanding Student Organization Member Award – Morgan Yelverton, Freemont, North Carolina
  • Outstanding Award Program – Multi-Cultural Council – Harambee
  • Outstanding Student Organization Award – Student Government Association and Multi-Cultural Council
  • Outstanding Student Advisor Award – Chris Fox, Harborcreek
  • Outstanding Diversity and Inclusion Program Award – Association of Black Collegians – Discussion in the Dark
  • Outstanding Collaborative Program Award – Chinese Cultural Advancement & Lion Entertainment Board – Lunar New Year
  • Guy W. Wilson Award for Service to the College – Kyler Raines, Corapolis
