UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Penn State Board of Trustees Committee on Compensation will hold an off-cycle meeting via conference call at 4 p.m. on April 4. An audio stream of the call will be available at https://wpsu.org/trustees/.
The committee will also meet in executive session at 3:30 p.m. to consider a personnel matter.
