Witherite-Zellers serves as the development assistant for the Development and Alumni Relations office in the College of Education. In this role, she supports the director of development, as well as travel development staff, with planning and preparing for donor visits. She also assists with stewardship, special events and processing of giving information. In addition to her many other duties, she helps ensure that the college's development team meets its goals as part of the University's "A Greater Penn State" campaign.
