Sizzle reel: Penn State's Office of Strategic Communications has released a new video resource highlighting the University's strengths.

Capital Day: The Penn State community is set to converge on the Capitol in Harrisburg on March 20 for Advocate Penn State Capital Day.

THON AR: A team of Penn State students have developed an augmented reality experience to complement THON and bring its impact to children battling pediatric cancer at Penn State Children's Hospital who are unable to attend the event in person.

Powered by the sun: Penn State and Lightsource BP have announced the development of 70 megawatts of large-scale, offsite solar energy. The project will be located in Franklin County and supports the University's Strategic Plan, which cites stewardship of the planet's resources as a key priority.

Tree Campus USA: Penn State has been honored with 2018 Tree Campus USA recognition as presented by the Arbor Day Foundation for its continued commitment to effective urban forest management.

Culinary challenge gold: Athan Spanos, chef at Penn State Harrisburg, won an American Culinary Federation gold medal for his signature dish.

3D printing medical equipment: Broken machinery, outdated supply chains and limited access to specialty equipment leaves Kenyan clinics with huge challenges in bringing health care to those in need. Tech startup Kijenzi is hoping to change that.
