The Penn State Applied Biological and Biosecurity Research Laboratory will host its Other Transaction Authority (OTA) Symposium Jan. 15-16 in 233A HUB-Robeson Center on the University Park campus.
The event offers researchers the opportunity to connect with representatives of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Naval Research Laboratory, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Advanced Technology International and Tank Automotive Research Development and Engineering Center.
