Erica Frankenberg, associate professor of education (educational leadership and demography), was quoted in the article "More than half of Pa. public schools do not have a teacher of color," published on Whyy.org.

— Stephanie Gardner, a graduate of the special education doctoral program, and Pam Wolfe, associate professor of education (special education), recently published "Results of a Video Prompting Intervention Package Impacting Dishwashing Skill Acquisition for Adolescents With Autism" in the Journal of Special Education Technology.

— Morgan Seiftert, a senior majoring in early childhood education with a minor in special education, has been named student marshal for the 2018 fall commencement ceremony.
