A look back at the week's top news from across Penn State:

ROCKING THE VOTE: Nearly six times as many students voted at the HUB-Robeson Center for the 2018 mid-term elections compared to the 2014 mid-terms.

BOLDY GOING: A report by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine sets the stage for Penn State's Center for Exoplanet and Habitable Worlds to expand its role in NASA's exoplanetary science initiatives.

UNITED WAY: Penn State launched the 2018-19 United Way campaign with a message from Senior Vice President of Finance and Business David Gray. The University is making a difference in its community with Centre County United Way.

TOWN HALL: A Nov. 15 town hall event will focus on the 2016-20 University strategic plan. The event is set for 2 p.m. in the Foster Auditorium in Paterno Library.

SLEEP DEHYDRATION: Adults who sleep six hours per night as opposed to eight may have a higher chance of being dehydrated, according to a Penn State study.
