GANSEVOORT, N.Y. — Madison Wojciechowski was selected as a member of the North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) Third Team on Oct. 31, as voted by the conference coaches.
Wojciechowski has received all-conference recognition all three years of her career. She was a second team recipient as a freshman, while earning first team honors and being named the Defensive Player of the Year in 2017.
In the 2018 season, Wojciechowski has appeared in 99 sets and 29 matches. The junior libero ranks second in the NEAC with 456 digs and a 4.61 digs per set average. Wojciechowski recorded 10 or more digs in 24 contests, including a season-high 37 in a win over Penn State Brandywine. She led the Nittany Lions with 48 service aces, recording a season-best six aces in a win against Penn College. In addition, Wojciechowski notched 38 assists and 10 kills this season.
Wojciechowski and the Nittany Lions finished the season 8-21 overall and were seventh in the NEAC with a 5-6 conference mark.
