Men’s Golf

4th Place in the AMCC Championships

Sophomore golfer Luke Hoffnagle (Spring Grove, Pennsylvania/Spring Grove) shot 77 in day one and 80 in day two of the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Championships on Oct. 7-8, finishing with a combined score of 157 to tie for seventh place individually out of 44 golfers.

Senior forward Jordan Crist (Alum Bank, Pennsylvania/Chestnut Ridge) had a record-setting day in the Lions’ final home game of the season on Saturday, Oct. 20 against Hilbert College. Crist scored a career-high four goals while adding one assist, setting new single game team records for goals (4), points (9), and shots attempted (11).

Men’s Tennis

Pitt-Bradford 6, Penn State Altoona 3

Sophomore Logan Kyle (Reedsville, PA/Mifflin County) earned a 6-4, 6-3 win in No. 1 singles in the Lions’ 6-3 loss to AMCC opponent Pitt-Bradford on Saturday, Oct. 6.
