UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Following her two-goal outing against Minnesota this past Sunday, sophomore Kerry Abello was named to the TopDrawerSoccer Team of the Week on Tuesday, Oct. 23. This is Abello's first time on the TopDrawerSoccer Team of the Week.
In then-No. 21 Penn State's 2-0 victory over the Golden Gophers on Sunday, Oct. 21, Abello scored in the 13th minute and then found the back of the net in the 69th minute. Her first two-goal game as a Nittany Lion helped clinch the 2018 Big Ten regular season title outright for Penn State.
