Carl serves as the outreach coordinator for the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program in the college's Office of International Programs. In this role, he advises fellows as they find and secure the components of the Humphrey Fellowship, including professional affiliations, professional development opportunities, volunteer activities and classes. In addition, he introduces fellows to American culture through site visits and local events and activities.
