Armstrong’s lecture will focus on her experience with domestic abuse. During the time of her marriage, she was featured on Bravo TV’s show, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." Armstrong told her story in the form of a memoir, "Hiding from Reality: My Story of Love, Loss, and Finding the Courage Within."

The lecture is free for all students with a valid Penn State University Park Student Photo ID and is funded by the student-initiated fee.
