IT Public Knowledge Base to be replaced

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — As part of Penn State IT’s commitment to better support the needs of the University community, all how-to articles and content about IT services will be moved to the new, easier-to-use IT Public Knowledge Base within the Help Request Portal.

The portal is a central hub where users can discover Penn State’s IT services, report problems and get assistance.

Current registered authors will not be able to add articles or update content on the old site, kb.its.psu.edu, as of Oct. 30. The old site will be permanently retired on June 30, 2019.
