CENTER VALLEY, Pa. — Penn State Lehigh Valley will host an information session for the Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) program from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 4, at the Lehigh Valley Campus.
The Certified Recovery Specialist is a peer-support position formally recognized by the Pennsylvania Certification Board. The CRS credential offers opportunities to help others as a career. Participants will receive education in recovery management, education and advocacy, professional ethics and responsibility, confidentiality, and addictions.
