WPSU wins four Telly Awards for outstanding television and video productions

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — WPSU Penn State won four Telly Awards for outstanding television and video productions as the 39th annual awards honored groundbreaking work across all media platforms.

WPSU awards winners are:

WPSU, working with The Office of Sexual Misconduct Prevention and Response and other campus and community partners, created a video for a university-wide campaign to raise awareness of sexual violence, existing resources and reporting options. The profiles highlight their career paths, personal experiences and ways their work is having an impact on the world. The 2018 Telly Awards, which were established in 1979, received more than 12,000 entries from all 50 states and five continents. Entrants are judged by a group of more than 200 experts, including industry leaders from advertising agencies, production companies and major television networks. The award recipients were announced in late May.
