UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa., — Penn State’s Military Appreciation website has moved to militaryappreciation.psu.edu. The site is home to information for students, faculty, staff and community members about military appreciation events at the University, as well as resources for Penn State service members and veterans.

Penn State has a proud and longstanding tradition of serving active-duty and veteran service members, ROTC students and military families. In addition to annual military appreciation events, like a football game and all-volunteer community tailgate, the University offers a range of programs and support resources, including tuition assistance for veterans and special living options for ROTC students. The University also has a dedicated Office of Veterans Programs and an applied research lab, the Clearinghouse for Military Family Readiness, which is committed to enhancing programs for military families nationwide.

Today, more than 5,600 students at University Park, Penn State campuses across the Commonwealth and through the Penn State World Campus, have direct military ties as either an active-duty service member, a reservist, veteran or military dependent.
