Registration open for summer 2018 arts camps at University Park

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Registration is now open for the Penn State Center for Arts and Crafts’ 2018 summer arts camps on the University Park campus. Camps are offered for children in grades one through nine and vary for each session and age group.

Choose from a variety of themed camps — polar animals, story books, nature, multicultural art, room decor and more.

The fee is $225 per camp.

For children entering grades one through five, camps are for one week and run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Camp dates for these grade groups are as follows:

Session 1: June 18-22

Session 2: June 25-29

Session 3: July 9-13

Session 4: July 16-20

No camps will be held during the week of July 2-6.

Pottery camps for children entering grades six through nine are for two weeks and run from either 9 a.m. to noon or 1 to 4 p.m., unless otherwise noted. Camp dates are as follows:

Session 1: June 18-29

Session 3: July 9-20

Session 4:  July 16-20 (one week, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
