Stuckeman Center for Design Computing to hold 2018 Flash Symposium March 13-14

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Stuckeman Center for Design Computing's 2018 Flash Symposium, "Materiality + Computing," will feature interdisciplinary presentations and workshops on generative design and material computation March 13-14 in the Stuckeman Family Building Jury Space at University Park.

The two-day event will include an open house featuring an exhibition of the ongoing design computing research in the Stuckeman School and the Penn State School of Visual Arts, as well as a series of design computing workshops on Tuesday, March 13, followed by a series of guest lectures on Wednesday, March 14. Admission is free.

Guest speakers will include Alexander Robinson, Rodney Trice, Jonathan Keep, William Kreysler and Georgios Artopoulos.
