University Police investigating incident of Pattee Library theft

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — University Police are investigating the recent theft of personal belongings from the Pattee Library. Police are seeking to identify the pictured individual in connection with the theft.

If you have any information regarding the theft, or the identity of the person, please notify Penn State University Police at 814-863-1111 or submit tips to Centre County CrimeStoppers via email to tip@centrecountycrimestoppers.org. Those providing information that leads to an arrest may be eligible for a reward up to $1,000 from Centre County CrimeStoppers.

University Police also would like to remind the community to:

  • Report all suspicious persons and activities to University Police immediately.
  • Don’t leave belongings unattended; even for short periods of time.
  • Trust your instincts. If you feel unsafe, get to a safe place and call for help.
