UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- Penn State’s Board of Trustees’ compensation committee will hold an off-cycle meeting on Friday, Aug. 18, to consider and take action on a personnel matter.
A closed executive session will be held from 11:30 to 11:45 a.m., followed by a public meeting at 11:45 a.m. The public portion of the meeting will be livestreamed at wpsu.org/trustees.
