Penn State Altoona baseball made its first Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference Tournament appearance since 2014 on May 7-8 against Pitt-Bradford. The Lions finished their season with the most overall wins (19) and first winning AMCC record (9-7) since the 2012 season.

Men’s tennis

Penn State Behrend 5, Penn State Altoona 0

Freshman Tao Yang (Emporium, Pennsylvania/Cameron County) was voted first team All-AMCC at the conclusion of the season. Yang went 4-2 overall in No. 6 singles matches, including a 3-0 mark against conference opponents.

Men’s volleyball

No. 8 Hunter College 3, Penn State Altoona 0

After winning its first-ever North Eastern Athletic Conference championship, Penn State Altoona men’s volleyball made its first NCAA Division III tournament appearance on Saturday, April 22, traveling to New York City to take on Hunter College.
