Africana Research Series to present luncheon series with Hsin-Yu Chen

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Join the Africana Research Center in a Luncheon Series with Hsin-Yu Chen, doctoral candidate in recreation, park and tourism management, at noon on Monday, Feb. 13, in 217 Willard Building.

Chen will discuss the role of skin color in the lives of African-Americans with an emphasis on African-American female college students in a lecture titled “Exploring the Perception of Skin Color and Sun-Related Behavior among Africa-American Female College Students.”

This event is free and open to the public.
