UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The meaning and potential impact of the University's "All In" initiative, along with examples of changes being made to be more inclusive and diverse, are the focus of President Eric Barron's latest blog post.

"In so many ways, our students are leading the charge of a more inclusive Penn State, and we must do our best to help them succeed," Barron writes in his blog, "Digging Deeper."

"All In at Penn State" is an ongoing effort focused on diversity and inclusion. The steps the University is taking to promote equity and inclusion range from an inclusive language campaign for residence assistants to a faculty/staff retreat to discuss how to include diversity into the classroom curriculum.
