UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Khanjan Mehta, director of the Humanitarian Engineering and Social Entrepreneurship Program and assistant professor of engineering design at Penn State, will lead a discussion at a luncheon series held by the College of Liberal Arts at noon on Monday, Nov. 7, in 217 Willard Building.
