UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Human resources professionals in central Pennsylvania can take advantage of a special educational opportunity this fall from the Penn State Smeal College of Business.
Penn State Executive Programs, the executive education provider within Smeal, has been approved by the Society for Human Resource Management to offer the SHRM exam prep course.
This exam review helps prepare individuals for the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certifications. Using the 2016 SHRM Learning System, content is delivered in a convenient model that blends in-class sessions with instructor-led webinars.
The classes start on Sept. 24 and end on Nov. 19 with two all-day, in-person classes. In between, 2.5-hour webinars are held on each Thursday evening.
