LionCare, the Penn State College of Medicine student-run free clinic at the Bethesda Mission in downtown Harrisburg, has two upcoming events.
-- The inaugural Paws for a Cause 5k Run/Walk will be held 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, at 30 Hope Drive, on the campus of the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and Penn State College of Medicine. -- An inaugural four-person scramble golf tournament is set for Sunday, Sept. 11. The tournament begins at 1 p.m. at Dauphin Highlands, with dinner and awards following.
