Penn State Panhellenic, Interfraternity councils to host Spring Carnival

Community event set for April 10 on Old Main Lawn

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. —  The Penn State Panhellenic and Interfraternity councils will hold their annual Spring Carnival from 2:30 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 10, on Old Main Lawn.

The carnival, which is free and open to all ages, is designed to provide entertainment for Penn State students and members of the State College community alike. The event will feature a bouncy house, snow cones, popcorn, cotton candy and carnival games.

“The IFC/Panhellenic Spring Carnival is an event that the two councils and local community look forward to every year,” said Carly Haffner, vice president of community development for the Panhellenic Council. “It's a fun way to enjoy the weather and meet the families we share the State College community with. Fraternity and sorority volunteers always enjoy the chance to meet community members in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.”
