Smolcic and the members of the Diversity and Community Enhancement Committee (DCEC) are engaged in enhancing and supporting the diversity and human differences that comprise the work and learning communities of the college. The committee is open to students, staff and faculty volunteers who collaborate to develop educational programming as well as create open spaces for discussion on topics of diversity.
