With the men's basketball season tipping off Nov. 14, "This is Penn State" sweats it out with coach Patrick Chambers, who reveals his team's regimen for beating stress and gaining focus. 

Chambers puts his coaching staff and players through regular yoga and meditation routines, espousing his philosophy of "Attitude" along the way. A big believer in positivity and enthusiasm, coach even offers advice for overcoming everyday, off-the-court obstacles in the latest episode. 

The Nittany Lion's 2015-16 season tips off at 1 p.m. Nov. 14 versus Virginia Military Institute.
