Chávez is the author of “Queer Migration Politics: Activist Rhetoric and Coalitional Possibilities.”

The event is organized by the Penn State Women’s Studies Graduate Organization, which represents and supports the interests of graduate student majors and minors in women’s studies, as well as those interested in or affiliated with the program.
