College of Engineering continues expansion with 20 new faculty members

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The Penn State College of Engineering welcomed 20 new faculty members at the start of the fall 2015 semester.

The incoming cohort is part of the college's vision for growth that aligns with the strategic goals and objectives outlined in the college's current strategic plan.

Joining the faculty are:

  • Biomedical Engineering: X. Lance Lian, assistant professor of biomedical engineering with joint appointments in biology and The Huck Institutes of the Life Sciences, and Pak Kin Wong, professor of biomedical engineering with joint appointments in mechanical engineering and the Department of Surgery within the College of Medicine.
