She came in third in the Overall D2 Women’s Individual Omnium; placing eighth in the road race and fourth in the criterium. Volk most recently claimed second in the 2015 USA Cycling U23 National Championship in North Lake Tahoe, California, a race she described as a "super tough 77 miles of hills, sun, and altitude."

Volk will spend the rest of the summer racing at the Penn State Lehigh Valley cycling club’s home track, the famous Valley Preferred Cycling Center’s Velodrome in Breinigsville, Pennsylvania (known locally as “T-Town”).
