UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — This week, we recognize five Penn Staters who go above and beyond what's asked of them in their work at the University. Thank you to:

Mary Osborn and Sonia Ramsey, with World Campus, whose nominator wrote: "Thanks Mary Osborn and Sonia Ramsey, Transitions program instructors, for your outstanding work with prospective Penn State adult learners. You positively influence your students by increasing their confidence, improving their academic skills, and opening doors to new careers and educational goals."

Jeremy Stoltzfus, at Penn State Hershey, whose nominator wrote: "He is very good at what he does. He is is technically skilled and always busy with things that he should be doing, but he always has the patience to share his knowledge and help his teammates. He is a leader here and in professional organizations outside of the Penn State Hershey Medical Center. He is a valuable asset."

Mary Beth Aber, with Penn State Law, whose nominator wrote: "Mary Beth is resourceful, thorough and kind. She makes students feel relaxed when they need something and is always smiling."

Mary Seaton, in the College of Agricultural Sciences, whose nominator wrote: "Mary stepped up to the plate to coordinate folks in the College of Ag to represent us proudly with a VIP who recently came back to Penn State for a visit with the president, Ag and Penn State Smeal. There were many facets of the visit to maximize this VIP's engagement at the University and we couldn't have done it without her!"

Do you know someone who deserves a shout-out? If you do, consider taking a minute to nominate that person by filling out a short online form. For more information about the process, visit the "We Are!" guidelines
