UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Board of Trustees Committee on Governance and Long-Range Planning will hold a meeting via teleconference at 2 p.m.Tuesday, June 30. The public will be able to listen to the meeting via audio-stream available at wpsu.org/live.
The sole purpose of this meeting will be to discuss and consider the board’s standing orders related to emeriti memberships. Any recommendations to amend the board’s standing orders are expected to be considered by the full board during its July 17 meeting.
The Board’s Committee on Compensation also will meet in executive session on Monday, June 29, at 3 p.m. This meeting is being held to discuss presidential and executive evaluation and compensation. The meeting is not open to the public. The committee will report as appropriate at the next Board meeting in July.
