Stickloon’s pieces include a black-and-white oil titled, “Shirt and Tie,” and a drawing titled, “Window Latch.”

The awards ceremony will begin at 1:30 p.m. in the museum auditorium, and the public reception will follow from 2 to 4 p.m. in Memorial Hall. Museum general admission is free for the day.

Art of the State® is presented by Jump Street and the State Museum of Pennsylvania, and will run through Sunday, Sept. 13, with Gallery Walk.

Stickloon’s pieces can be previewed on his website at www.stickloonfinearts.com, and both are available for purchase at the exhibit.
