Penn State Lehigh Valley student exhibition kicks off June 1

Public reception will unveil gallery featuring local college students

The Ronald K. De Long Gallery at Penn State Lehigh Valley presents the work of 95 local campus students who studied studio art during 2014 and 2015 in its Student Art Exhibition, which runs June 1-July 1. The annual exhibition highlights excellent student work created in visual studies courses at Penn State Lehigh Valley.

The gallery reception will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, June 4, at the Ronald K. De Long Gallery at the campus in Center Valley. The exhibition features works created in drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, metalwork, ceramics, graphic design, film and TV production courses under the instruction of Katina Bozikis, Greta Brubaker, Ron De Long, Christina Galbiati, Liz Keptner, Ann Lalik and Corianne Thompson. The exhibit and reception are free and open to the public. 

Summer gallery hours are Monday-Thursday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Friday-Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, contact gallery director Ann Lalik at 610-285-5261 or aal13@psu.edu.
