Forum on Black Affairs seeks nominations for Humanitarian Service Award

The Forum on Black Affairs (FOBA) is seeking nominations for its 2015 Humanitarian Service Award, to be presented at the 40th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Banquet on Thursday, Jan. 15, in President's Hall at The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel on the University Park campus. Doors open at 5:45 p.m. with the program beginning at 6:30 p.m.

This award was created in 1985 to honor a person who has provided outstanding service to African-American citizens of Pennsylvania, especially at any Penn State Campus and in the Centre County region. Such service includes leadership of offices, programs or organizations that develop or implement policies impacting African-Americans.
