Police investigate theft from West Penn Power Station

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- Penn State University Police are investigating the theft of an estimated $2,000 worth of copper wire at the West Penn Power Station at 309 Orchard Road. The crime occurred sometime between 2 p.m. Aug. 22 and 1 p.m. Aug. 26.

University Police urge the community to immediately report all suspicious persons, vehicles and activities to University Police at 3-1111, 911 or directly by using an emergency phone.
