UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- The Arboretum at Penn State will hold its annual plant sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 17, and Sunday, May 18, or while supplies last. The sale tent will be located on the lawn next to the parking lot of the H.O. Smith Botanic Gardens near the intersection of Park Avenue and Bigler Road.
Featured will be hard-to-find Pennsylvania native plants, performers in the H.O. Smith Botanic Gardens and a few new-to-the-market selections. The plant sale catalog can be viewed and downloaded from the Arboretum's website at www.arboretum.psu.edu.
