ALTOONA, Pa. -- Hai Huang assistant professor of engineering at Penn State Altoona, received the Outstanding Achievement in Research and Creative Activity Award for his accomplishments during the last year.
He was presented with a medal and $5,000, and recognized at a reception held April 16, to honor faculty and staff who published books or received external grants for research in 2013-2014. Posters of book covers and descriptions of research were on display during the reception in the Mountain View room of Port-Sky Cafe.
