Students asked to let research ROAR

Undergraduate students are asked to submit a recording of academic research or artistic rendition for a competition, “Let Yourself Roar.” Participants may use the One-Button Studio, available in the Knowledge Commons in 132 1nd 134 Pattee Library, west, and 109 Agricultural Sciences and Industries Building, or their own personal recording device, including a phone. Cash prizes will be awarded, including $150 to first place winner and $75 to second place winner. Selected Roar videos will be presented at the 2014 Undergraduate Exhibition on April 9.

Submission deadline for Roar is March 7. Make a 1- to 2- minute video showcasing your research. The video should begin with your name and major and then talk about your research and why you are passionate about it. Send recordings to Entries will be judged on clarity, content and creativity.
